Evaluate & Celebrate Success

To determine success, leaders can use data to reveal the level of satisfaction upon project completion.. Success, as defined by Mather and Guar (2020, p 3), for listening to questions from the stakeholders and giving valid answers. The need to collect data encourages analysis of the project or change management task, resulting in information that will ascertain the positive and negative outcomes. With careful planning and data, one can predict a positive result when the task is completed. Data on success too, as noted by Manion et al., equips the team with the proper tools (2020, p. 32) to provide collaborators more insight into the objective and increase efficiency. The tools will vary from online resources to interactive software for co-operation through shared media or documents. Video conferencing has been on the rise since the pandemic hit, moving classrooms and workers to home-based locations. Measurement of success will be through the change management goals and how data is collected and presented to the stakeholders at the instance the task is completed.

Congratulations, your organization has completed the implementation. Before, hurrying on to implement the next technology or make another change, now is a good time to take a deep breath and reflect on the process and outcome. Through this reflection, you and your team can now either readjust or institutionalize the change (Biech, 2007). What supports are still needed to have all members of the organization adopt this tool?
